The 22 axes of GSPC

A canonical reference. Each axis: scope, what's MEASURED, the discipline, the lane. Live from the board, free, Ed25519-signed.

22 axes · 22 measured · 14 model-comparison · 8 deterministic-fact · live

Model-comparison · family: gspc

A 19-model fleet answers a frozen item bank, graded deterministically. TIE is TIE. Fleet means the fleet; not a single winner. Where the lead is statistically separated (McNemar p<0.05), it is reported as SEPARATED; otherwise TIE.

Deterministic-fact · family: financial

Read from public ledgers (XRPL issuer accounts, Companies House, public statistical series) and graded by rule. No model, no fleet, no judgement. Measured is not scored. These axes never have a leader, accuracy, or separation.

The discipline — what every axis reports

WhatHowWhere to look
MEASURED n ≥ 30 frozen item bank, deterministic grade, rule-based. Card is Ed25519-signed under did:web:csoai.org#card-attestation-1. GET /api/gspc · totals.public_count
UNMEASURED Slot declared, no run behind it. Published so the gap is visible. First-class, not an error. totals.unmeasured_axes
UNCHECKABLE Source behind a login, a CAC, a fee, or that doesn't exist. We do not pretend it is MEASURED. notes[] on the axis
TIE Two or more models statistically tied (McNemar p ≥ 0.05). Reported as TIE; never a fake equal. Per-axis separation field
SEPARATED One model statistically separated from the rest (p < 0.05). The leader is reported, with Wilson interval. Per-axis leader + wilson

Notes for the end user

  1. The lid (22 axes · 22 measured) is the full set we measure. Empty cells are not a missing feature — they are a discipline.
  2. Jail (axis 14) is a containment floor, not a certification. It carries its per-model rows verbatim from the signed living board.
  3. The 8 financial axes are fact runs, not leader scores. None has a fleet, an accuracy, or a separation determination. Measured, not scored.
  4. The two former index slots (ai-adoption-components, labour-components) are measured as component facts, never restored to any retired sticker.
  5. Every score on the board is quoted from a live signed card. A score copied from a frozen artifact is not a number; it is hearsay.
